Lead Pastor
Lead Pastor, John Butcher is the Senior Pastor and visionary behind the TBCF mission. It has become his life goal to facilitate a loving and nurturing environment for people to develop a real, relevant, relationship, with Jesus Christ.
Minister of Music
Atira is an alumni of World Harvest Bible College and the TBCF Minister of Music, or affectionally know as TBCF M.O.M. She has committed her passion for music and worship to cultivate and grow an atmosphere of uninhibited praise and worship each week throughout the TBCF ministries.
Executive Pastor & Women’s Pastor
Pastor Kaiya Butcher serves as the Executive Pastor and Women’s Pastor of The Building Christian Fellowship. She creates meaningful spaces and moments of ministry for the women of TBCF while providing oversight and guidance to ministry leaders across the church, ensuring every team is equipped and empowered to serve with excellence and purpose.
Children's Ministry Director
Natasha Melvin is a devoted military wife, mother of four, and long-standing member of The Building Christian Fellowship. With experience as a child development provider, educator, and federal social worker, she brings both expertise and a deep passion for guiding young believers in their walk with Christ.
Pastors
Pastors Charles and Rachael Hankins serve as the Connections Pastors of The Building Christian Fellowship, helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter. As the first point of contact for new members and first-time visitors, they cultivate genuine relationships and foster lasting connections that strengthen the TBCF community.
Pastors
John (JR) and Erica Butcher serve as the Youth and Media Directors of The Building Christian Fellowship. They lead ELEV8 Youth and Kingdom Warriors, creating spaces for teens and pre-teens to encounter God in meaningful ways. On Thursdays, they guide youth in worship and discipleship, while Erica leads growth and community on Sundays. Together, they also oversee TBCF’s visual and audio production teams, ensuring excellence in every creative expression.

Donald and Racquel Johnson are devoted leaders who faithfully serve The Building Christian Fellowship in multiple capacities.
Donald serves as Teaching Pastor and Lead Deacon, training and equipping the deacons of The Building with biblical excellence and servant leadership.
Racquel serves as Church Administrator and Lead Intercessor, overseeing the prayer and intercession ministry while teaching and empowering others to embrace prayer as a daily lifestyle.
Pastors
Pastors Lynell and Ginny Davis sit on the governing board of TBCF while also serving as Associate Pastors of The Building Christian Fellowship, where they lead training and equipping sessions for all members of the TBCF Dream Team. Through events that celebrate and support faithful servants and ministry leaders, they provide vital encouragement and structure—serving as the undergirding strength of our serving teams and ministries.
